Introduction

Jhs223-s02-30 shipboard optoelectronic tracking system is a set of Opto Mechatronics search and tracking system, equipped with two 30 × continuous zoom Hd 1080p white light cameras and a 3.5km laser rangefinder. It is mainly used to search, observe and track sea and air targets, and output video and image in real time. It is widely used in public security, alarm, maritime and other military and civil fields.


Functions
  1. Azimuth and elevation 2-axis stabilization, high-accuracy gyro and servo control system, to realize no dead-angle coverage in reconnaissance range.
  2. Network interface communication: to realize the equipment operation from ground control station, as well as send back video and image through wireless communication technology.
  3. Small size, light weight,  compact structure, high adaptability to carrier, low consumption, and high cost-effectiveness.
  4. Video tracking:  able to realize target locking and tracking;
  5. High accuracy alignment to ensure the optical axis alignment of the three sensors of day light camera1, day light camera2, and laser range finder.
  6. Able to control the gimbal attitude through host computer software.;
  7. Send data of working mode, azimuth angle, and elevation angle. etc back
  8. Fully sealed high level waterproof, integrated design, high resistance to shock and vibration, long life use in harsh environment

System Components

This system is composed of EO/IR gimbal and host computer software, shown in Fig 1. The gimbal is installed on unmanned ship and the host computer software is in control cabinet to realize the system control.
